I had such a comfortable stay! The room was spacious, with a super inviting bed that made it hard to get up each morning. Plus, the shower had great pressure, and I loved that it was just a short walk to grab a bite nearby.

The location of Extended Stay in Sugar Land is convenient. Close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or shop for essentials. My room was spacious and clean, which made settling in comfortable. The kitchenette was handy for preparing simple meals. However, the housekeeping needed significant improvement. There were times when I noticed dirt in the hallways, and my room had cockroaches, which was concerning. The front desk staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed and unorganized during check-in. I had to deal with some miscommunication about my reservation and payments. The hot water issue on my first night was particularly frustrating. I shouldn't have to be questioned about towel requests after a long journey.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially because it’s just around 3 km from beautiful parks like Sugar Mill Park where I had a lovely stroll, and it’s also close to the charming Sugar Land Town Square which is full of fun shops and dining options, making it super convenient for a weekend city adventure.

i recently stayed in sugar land and had a much better experience this time. the room, a deluxe studio with 1 queen bed, was spacious and clean, which really exceeded my expectations. the kitchenette was handy, making it easy to prepare simple meals during my luxurious holiday.
